摘要

In a pot experiment set on brown soil, the influence of dairy sewage sludge, FYM and spring wheat on the number of proteolytic bacteria and fungi, and the activity of dehydrogenases, protese and urease was examined. The conducted research showed thatboth the use of organic fertilization, and also spring wheat influenced the number of examined microorganisms and enzymatic activity. Significantly lower numbers of proteolytic bacteria and fungi and activity of dehydrogenases were found in the soil sownwith spring wheat. Fertilization with dairy sewage sludge and FYM caused a significant increase in the number of proteolytic bacteria in the unsown soil.
