摘要

Four novel rhenium(I) diseleno-ethers complexes, namely Re(CO) _3Cl(PhSe(CH_2)_2SePh) (5), Re(CO) _3Cl(PhSe(CH_2)_3SePh) (6), Re(CO) _3Cl(HO_2C-CH_2Se(CH2) _2SeCH_2-CO_2H) (7) and Re(CO) _3Cl(HO_2C-CH_2Se(CH2) _3SeCH_2-CO_2H) (8), have been synthesized by reaction of Re(CO)5Cl with the corresponding bidentate ligands. Structures of 5 and 6 were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 7 and 8 were identified by elemental analysis, 1H NMR-, IR- and mass spectroscopy. The antiproliferative activity of these complexes against four solid human tumor cells was determined. The water-soluble disodium salts of complexes 7 and 8 exhibited marked activities against MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
