The occurrence of apple rust mite (A. schlechtendali) was investigated in Poland on 3 apple cultivars (Golden Delicious, Jonagold and Elstar) in 7 different trimming systems (single-, double- and triple-row spindle; single- and double-row system V; and single- and double-row superspindle). The highest number of the pest on all apple cultivars was recorded in the double-row system V. Elstar was the most infested and Golden Delicious the least..
