The present experiment revealed that although flower size was found to be significantly, increased in August 5 and 20 plantings but number of flowers remain open was recorded significantly higher in October 5 planting whereas propagation coefficient exhibited a non-signi6cant response. Number of flerets per spika has been recorded minimum in case of Juiy 20 planting and the height in September and October plantings. Hence, it is con-eluded that gladiolus plantings ot room-stored corms under Delhi and similar conditions may be carried out from August to October for getting blooms from November to January without any sigaincam detrimental effect on flower quality.
