Inheritance of tomato radial fruit eraeking was studied in a 7 X 7 diallcl involving 21 F_1's, F_2's and their parents, The combining ability and component analysis revealed that additive, gene action played a greater role for the expression of this trait. Variety Punjab Ghhubara was best combiner followed by Pusa Ruby and HS-101. It was deduced that simple recurrent selection can be used for mobilization of radial fruit clacking in tomato.
