Chad Neibaur isn't taking his education for granted. The 57-year-old seed grower, whose Bancroft, Idaho, home overlooks the Gem Valley, holds an MBA. He's used his education and his passion for soils to integrate organic practices into his crops withmuch success—as well as cultivate a desire in his children to pursue higher education. That's why the Gem Valley grower has been chosen as the 2010 Idaho Crop Improvement Association Seed Grower of the Year.
