Implementing TQM can improve the product quality and service level as well as reduce management costs and increase customer satisfaction. Similarly, implementation of Six Sigma can lead to quality improvements, increase productivity and reduce costs. Also, additionally, Six Sigma can be applied to business strategies. However only few studies have been conducted to investigate the relationship between quality management (TQM &. Six Sigma) and business strategy.
