Worker-controllable errors are may difficult to identify and rectify to avoid recurrence. It is better to focus on ways of reducing the chances that problems will occur (Ref. 1). Worker-controllable errors can be classified in to three categories:1. Inadvertent or random errors,2. Technique errors and,3. Conscious errors.The paper suggests ways of avoiding occurrence of these errors. (5 refs.)
