Citizens are increasing their level of demand regarding the services with which they are being provided there by many public administrations are being subjected to strong pressure to improve the quality of their services. Public administrations are facing the need to effectively satisfy the citizens by quantitatively and qualitatively improving their performance. Public administrations are resorting to citizen satisfaction to improve the services provided. Not much work has been attempted to understand how citizens from different countries evaluate the public services. This understanding is becoming especially necessary in Spain, a country where there is a notable increase in the number of citizens of foreign origin who demand public services. The work herein presented attempts to be an initial approach towards the elements including the nationality factor, that determine the satisfaction of citizens with a certain public service.
