Six Sigma is a positive approach which requires a good vision of the top management, appropriate strategies based on experience, practical and hands-on training to managers who actually take them through advanced statistical tools. The critical success factors that take it to successful implementation in organizations are influenced by the lessons drawn from real life practice and case studies.
