摘要

This study proposes a fuzzy approach to evaluate the quality of a service. For doing this, the respondents are asked to rate the service quality in the range of 1 to 100 points. Then the triangular fuzzy number is introduced to deal with the problem of point and interval estimates. The overall evaluation is obtained via defuzzification and multiplication of evaluated value by the associated relative weight.
