摘要

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether there are certain implementation factors of QMS, that enable firms to achieve specific levels of performance. To do this under process approach and indicator called excellence indicator (El) that indicates QMS implementation results is constructed. The reference model used follows a process approach. The model includes the primary key elements of QMS, and four groups of indicators:Internal clients,External clients,Economical indicators, and Inventories.In the process approach used here, key factors of implementation of QMS are inputs, the intensity with which these inputs are used is the process and the results of implementation of QMS are the outputs. QMSs are widely used in organizations while implementing ISO 9000 Standards, National Quality awards etc. (70 refs.)
