摘要

Purpose: To presents a framework and approach for the design of management systems that create sustainable value for multiple stakeholders based on practice, research and theory. Summary: Successful leaders of the organization should create sustainable results for multiple stake holders. Over years, leaders made efforts to improve organization performance using many models, tools, and techniques and some of them proved useful while many others produced different results. Among other indicators of failures, it could be seen that hardly ten percent of the applicants are successful in winning Baldrige award.
