After its market pulp cost last year surged up by $130 million, Kimberly-Clark (K-C) plans to sell mills in Washington state and South Australia, where it also will close two tissue paper machines, as part of a restructuring that will see the world's second largest tissue paper producer no longer produce any of its own integrated pulp by the end of 2012.
