摘要

In this work, we used wide-field and defocused fluorescence microscopies measurements to overcome or circumvent limitations imposed by the diffraction limit. The results obtained with these techniques are of utmost interest in the field of conjugated polymers which are important candidates for use in Organic Light Emitting Devices (OLEDs) and other applications. Indeed, with the techniques mentioned above, we were able to establish, for a single polymer chain, the number of emissive sites (incorporated chromophores), their relative distance as well as the relative orientation of emitting dipole of these chromophores.
