摘要

Aptamers are short oligonucleotides that have high affini-ty and specificity toward their targets.~[1]Since aptamers pos-sess considerable advantages, such as adaptability to varioustargets, versatility in labeling, and chemical simplicity, theyhave become increasingly important molecular tools for bio-assays, diagnostics, and therapeutics.~[2]Aptamers often un-dergo significant conformational changes upon target bind-ing, and many sensing strategies have been proposed todetect targets based on these conformational changes. Asone of the approaches for the development of aptamer-based sensors (aptasensors), target-induced self-assembly ofaptamer fragments, has been reported to detect targets with-out significant perturbation of the ligand-binding abilities in-herent to the original aptamers.
