On February 22nd (local time), Indonesia's Pertamina announced to send invitation to the shipping companies including Japanese one, that own LNG vessels, for bids to buy special LNG vessel equipped with Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU). The companies, which receive the invitation and intend to participate in the bids, are required to submit the documents for prior examination on or before March 8th, describing the facilities available to be supplied and the quality control capability. Pertamina will scrutinize the documents and enter into formal bidding process accordingly.
