While supporting the positive things that PSA president Brian Grogan said in his From the President article, 'What's Your Speciality? Finding a firm footing for pharmacy' (AJPVol 87 November 2006 p 18), I can't agree with his 'hasten slowly' approach for PSA. If PSA wants to boost its membership and, in particular, attract increased numbers of younger pharmacists into its membership, it will need to come up with a much more dynamic approach than to 'hasten slowly'.
