摘要

Total rhodium fabrication demand rose to 894,496 ounces in 2011, up 1.3% from 2010. This level of rhodium fabrication demand is still below demand levels prior to the Great Recession. Fabrication demand for rhodium had reached 1.02 million ounces in 2007, which was and still is a record high. Demand declined sharply over the ensuing two years largely as a result of reduced demand for products that are loaded with rhodium. Demand for these end products has been rising since 2010 as the global economy has been showing signs of recovery.
