摘要

The results form recent measurements of theat capacity,crystal strucure and related properties as well as thermodynamic properties of 27 members of the hexahalogenated mealsalts salts toinclude the alkali,ammoniated and deuterated froms arecompared over awide range of temperature.A detailed comparisonis providedforthe pairs (NH_4)_2PtCl_6,(ND_4)_2PtCl_6,(NH_4)_2PtBr_6;(ND_4)2PtCl_6,(ND_4)_2PDCl_6,(ND_4)_2PdCl_6;(NH_4)_2TeCl_6,(ND_4)_2TeCl_6;and (NH_4)_2RuCl_6 from 5 K to 350 K.A discussion is summarised that includes the known roles played by the cations and anions inducing structural phase tansitions.The preliminary results for heat capacity measureemnts of (NH_4)_2RuCl_6 are reported for the first time.
