AUSTRALIAN INTERESTS WERE well represented at the 2003 General Meeting of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in Montreal, Canada on 13-17 October. The Australian delegation included Mr John Boettcher, Chairman of the IEC Subcommittee of the Standards Development Board and representatives from Rockwell Automation, Emerson Network Power Australia, Western Power, CSIRO and Foxboro Co.
