At first glance, it may seem unusual for a public sector organisation to be measuring its performance against private industry in Victoria. However, the State Revenue Office (SRO) - Victoria's principal revenue collection agency has set itself that goal and enshrined it in a Corporate Vision: "To be recognised as one of Victoria's best performing organisations."
