Isolated acute distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) dislocation is a rare injury. In this report we describe a case of acute traumatic volar dislocation of the ulnar head in a 70-year-old man after an accidental fall. He complained of persistent pain at the right wrist and inability to pronate his forearm. Supination was not restricted, whereas pronation was impossible beyond the neutral position. Forearm x-rays showed volar dislocation of the ulnar head and computed tomography confirmed complete DRUJ dislocation (Figure 1).
