摘要

Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis (CRP) is a rare dermatosis of uncertain etiology that usually affects young adults. The typical eruption consists of confluent, flat, brown papules forming a pigmented reticulated pattern. Histological examination shows mild hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis and focal acan-thosis. The most common sites of involvement are the neck, interscapular region, inframammary area and abdomen. The pathogenesis of CRP remains unclear, so there is no standard therapy. CRP has recently been reported to respond to minocycline.1'2 Herein, we report a case of CRP unusually located on both arms that was successfully treated with mino-cycline.
