Foamy gland carcinoma (FGC) is a recently described histological variant of prostatic and pancreatic adenocarcinoma characterized by abundant xanthomatous, foamy cytoplasm and minimal cyto-logical atypia. This case report provides the first description of "FGC-like" carcinoma of the skin. Based on the results of immuno-histochemistry and histochemistry, we suggest that this FGC-like carcinoma accompanies sebaceous differentiation.
