As the gaming industry is growing explosively and becoming daily more complex, it has long been considered important for a casino to establish a marketing competition strategy and strengthen corporate operations. The purpose of this research is building a performance evaluation model for gaming industry through quality data. Financial five-force analyses were employed to constructed performance evaluation model for casino industry. This study applies grey situation decision-making (GSDM) method to evaluate financial performance of casino industries through financial five force analyses. The research result shows the top three ranking best in terms of financial performance. Moreover; this study also analyses financial structure of casino through GSDM in New Jersey.
