Based on the analysis of the recuperating type of non-equigap GM(1 ,1) model, we put forward a new method of optimizing the background value of non-equigap GM(1 ,1) model, which means 1-AGO Definition being explained once more and the background value being improved again Finally xamples are cited from the actual works which show that the method is good in stimulation and prediction precision.
