A quasiclassical trajectory study of the title five-atom reaction is reported for vibrational states of O_2 over the range of 12 <= v <= 27 using a realistic double many body expansion potential energy surface recently reported for HO_4(~2A). The results indicate that it can be a potential source of ozone in the upper atmosphere.
