Most manufacturers provide some type of torque wrench and recommended torque-tightening values for final seating of implant screws; however, hand wrenches are primarily used during the various abutment changes and prosthetic recordings. Some clinicians are confident that they can tighten implant screws adequately with a single finger and thumb.
