It is expected that local steelworks will show the highest-ever average capability utilization rate of their reinforcing bar mills at 95 percent in May. It is mainly because that local steelworks are making efforts to maximize the supply of their reinforcing bars in the domestic market which is suffering severe shortage of reinforcing bar inventories.
