Bright business outlook for a recovery of domestic demand for wire rods and related products in the second half of the year is being cautiously suggested on the back of a recent surge in the offer prices for the imports of China's mild steel wire rods together with a bullish tone of the international market prices for wire rods not only in the U.S., but also in Europe. Industry officials are asserting that prices for wire rods are on an upward trend all over the world but domestic market these days, explaining that it is not only because of an increase in global demand, but also because a factor to raise the purchasing price for iron ore has occurred.
