TATA CHEMICALS LIMITED The honourable Matthew H Mead, Governor of Wyoming, to dedicate Tata Chemicals' $26 million investment to support mine's expansion Tata Chemicals (Soda Ash) Partners recently announced the dedication of Shaft 7, a new ventilation shaft at its Green River mine, one of the largest soda ash facilities in North America. Wyoming Governor Matthew H Mead will commemorate the dedication of Shaft 7 at a ceremony on June 1, 2015. "The dedication of ventilation Shaft 7 is a culmination of four years of hard work and dedication on the part of our team and our partners," said Martin Keighley, CEO and managing director, Tata Chemicals North America. "Shaft 7 will open nearly 1,000 miles of new rock face, effectively extending the mine's life for a decade."
