Gentlemen, it is indeed a pleasure to address such a potentially wealthy and affluent sector of the Plantation Industry and talk to you on the Responsibilities and Duties of Junior Executives in Plantation Management.Now such an opening may appear rather amusing when you relate your currently modest salaries as Trainees and Junior Assistants to my description of you as "a potentially wealthy and affluent sector" but as a first step let us look into my reasoning for this and I think you will realise that my words are very carefully chosen.
