Creform~R Corp.'s flow rack is designed to provide heavy-duty handling and storage capacity; gravity-fed, point-of-use part/container conveyance; and ergonomic part presentation for offloading pieces. The rack also has a flat shelf conveyor section for loading parts. The unit features two tiers. The upper level comprises two side-by-side supply lanes that slope toward the point of use. At the offloading end, each lane incorporates an acute angle to optimize the position of the container, provide physical access, and allow users to see parts in the totes.
