EFD's new MC785-WF spray valve coats metal stock up to 6 in. wide with a fine, even film of oil. According to the company, the valve's lubrication, without waste or mist, has been shown to reduce oil use as much as 90 percent.Measuring 2.5 in. high, the valve uses low-volume low-pressure air to cover the stock surface with a fine coating of oil. One valve coats stock up to 6 in. wide, depending on the distance between the valve and the stock. For coil or sheet stock wider than 6 in., multiple valves can be used.
