As a part of the oil safety streategy,relevant departments of the state have formulated a preliminary develpment program for the plan"Chinese oil using Chinese shipping".It is expected that the proportion of"Chinese oil using Chinese shipping" will increase from around 10% in 2002 to 25% in 2005 and reach 40% in 2010 and 60 in 2020.
