By the end of September 2004,Sichuan Lomon Corp.will have doubled the capacity of its sulfate-route TiO_2 plant at Mianzhu City to 40,000 t.p.a.The company is now planning to invest US 100 million to build a new plant,devoted exclusively to the manufacture of rutile grades.The new plant should be ready for operation by early 2007.Its commissioning will raise capacity here to 120,000 t.p.a.
