摘要

Although the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) codes method has been widely used to interpret dissolved gas-in-oil analysis (DGA) results in the world, it sometimes fails to diagnose, especially when more than one fault exists in a transformer. This paper presents a rough set-based fuzzy logic technique, which can diagnose multiple faults in a transformer. By applying rough set theory to the IEC codes, the reduct of the decision table can be obtained. By using a fuzzy method, the fuzzy membership functions of each fault diagnosis decision rules are displayed, and finally the fault type of the transformer is diagnosed. The application of this method to some transformers has yielded promising results.
