摘要

The rapid development of the MEMS/NEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems/Nano-Electm-Mechanical-Systems) technology requires a deep understanding of the micro -nano fluid dynamics. The fluid flow in micro-nano structures is very different from that in macro-scale structures and it has attracted much attention in recent years. In this paper, the molecular simulation of the fluid flow in micro-nano structures is briefly reviewed. The difficulties encountered in the study of micro-nano fluids are described first. Then the simulation methods and their early development are introduced. Finally, the current applications of these methods in micro-nano flow studies are overviewed with some typical results presented.
