Not exactly a practical approach to producing a premium product but an interesting approach all the same. Whilst I'm not suggesting for a moment that we adopt the methods within this article nor that this producer is entirely sane, I can say with somepleasure that I recently dined at a Teppanyaki Restaurant in China and was treated to a meal of this beef - it lived up to it's name and was sensational.
