How do you encourage kids to eat more fruits and vegetables? Better yet, how do you get them to actually enjoy them? Someone who seems to have the answers is Chef Bobo, aka Robert Surles. Executive Chef at the Calhoun School in New York City. Bobo, aFrench trained Chef, was recruited to Calhoun by par-ents who believed a healthier school lunch would improve the health and academic performance of their children.
