In the world of marketing and PR, there is a certain level of delayed gratification we come to expect, and in the food service industry, it is no different. So, when the results of your efforts are seen almost immediately, it's exciting. The United States Potato Board (USPB) "Menu Innovations with Potatoes" seminar is the cornerstone activity in the USPB Foodservice program. This two-day training brings leading chefs from restaurant chains and non-commercial operations from around the country to rediscover the vegetable that's been a menu mainstay for decades. The goal is to drive healthy new potato menu items at foodservice.
