摘要

The increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes means that the healthcare team requires ongoing education and training to ensure optimal management of patients. A key role of primary care nurses in contributing to management of type 2 diabetes has been documented,1 but there is little information on how they perceive their effectiveness and personal training needs. The aim of this research, therefore, was to characterise the training needs of primary care nurses to inform development of training programmes.
