摘要

Pharmacist prescribing has been introduced as part of the government's wider plan to modernise the NHS.1'2 However, there may be a gap between central policy and local implementation. There is little published research on the factors affecting adoption of pharmacist prescribing. This paper focuses on one possible factor, namely interprofessional reservations about pharmacists prescribing within a NHS trust The aim of this study was to identify the factors that would inhibit or enable the introduction on pharmacist prescribing in one NHS trust.
