The manufacture and production of aluminum and aluminum alloy wire during the last 10 years has increased remarkably, and the application of nonferrous wire is growing extensively in various sectors. This is especially true for the production of the following products: · Power cables. · Motor vehicle flexible battery cables. · Coaxial cable shielding. · Welding wire. · High-pressure plastic pipe shielding. · Other mechanical applications requiring low, EURODRAW ENERGY has continu ally studied the various aluminum and alloy drawing processes acquainting itself with the updated technology needed to achieve high-quality wire with higher production efficiencies. The EURODRAW ENERGY drawing machine range includes single and multi-wire drawing machines capable of drawing up to 16 aluminum alloy wires from a maximum input diameter of 2 to 1.8 mm (0.08" to 0.07") down to a 0.15 mm (0.006") minimum finished diameter.
