摘要

Freon compounds are the most important material to deplete the ozone layer in thestratosphere. Under atmospheric conditions, the species which are produced by chemical and photolysis reactions of freon can directly result in the destruction of the ozone kyer. But the reaction channel and mechanism between ozone and freon are not clear now. It is well known that the Hel (21.22 eV) photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) not only provides a great deal of information about orbital energies, electronic states and bonding characters of the molecules studied, but also is successfully used in thestudies of chemical reaction processes. The microwave discharge is a good method to generate transient species studied by Hel photoelectron spectroscopy. In order to probe into the destruction of the ozone shell in the atmosphere from the freon compounds Hel photoelectron spectroscopic study of the microwave discharged species of different freon series compounds (CF_2Cl_2, and CF_3Q) is reported in the present note.
