摘要

A small amount of impurity has a significant effect on retarding the motion of grain boundaries during recrystallization. Kasen has investigated the recrystallization and grain growth in dilute alluminium alloys by measuring residual resistance. The results indicated that the solute atoms could be absorbed constantly by migrating boundaries. In the present work, boron segregation near moving boundaries during recrystaUization in Fe-30%Ni alloy is investigated by means of particle tracking autoradiography (PTA) technique. The alloy keeps single phase with f.c.c. structure during quenching. It is important to avoid the influence of phase transformation on the microstructure and boron distribution.
