The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) revealed last month a shortlist of four contractors bidding to manage the landscape of the north part of the London 2012 Olympic Park. After the event the Olympic Park will form part of the largest new urban park in Europe for 150 years. The ODA expects to appoint a winner from Balfour Beatty, Edmund Nuttall, Skanska McNicholas and Fitzpatrick Contractors in the summer. It will pre-order trees and other plants for a start date on the site, which has been slated for June. Is it too late?
