摘要

This study was performed to obtain virus-free stock by the callus culture in Lilium oriental hybrids. LSV-free clones of 70.9-74.2 percent in 'Acapulco' and 50.0-63.3 percent in 'Casa Blanca' were obtained by scale culture and the same clones of 90-90.3 percent in 'Acapulco' and 86.7-100 percent in 'Casa Blanca' were obtained by shoot apex culture with lily symptom l ess virus (LSV)-infected plants. In plantlets regenerated from callus, during the 1st subculture of callus. LSV-free clones of 60 percent in 'Acapulco' and 60-70 percent in 'Casa Blanca' were obtained and in the 2nd subculture. LSV-free clones of 100 percent in both cultivars were obtained. Chromosome number of plants regenerated from callus subcultured for 2 years in 'Acapulco' and 'Casa Blanca' was 2n=24, as the number of mother plants, and those plants in both cultivars were normal in phenotype such as flower shapes and colors, and plant types. The result of this study is useful to production of virus-free plants of Lilium oriental hybrids.
