摘要

A boundary layer analysis is presented to study the steady-state free convection. Slow arising from a line thermal source located at the leading edge of a vertical adiabatic surface embedded in a micropolar fluid, Nonsimilar solutions based on the finite difference method are presented for the velocity, angular velocity, and temperature fields. One case is identified where similarity solutions are possible.
